Notts County sign striker Febian Brandy

Brandy has been on trial with Preston this month

Notts County have signed former Manchester United striker Febian Brandy until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old was released by the Premier League side at the end of last term and has had trial spells with Leicester City and Preston North End.

Boss Paul Ince told BBC Radio Nottingham: "It's a chance to show what he can do and a earn a permanent deal.

"He's a very good player. He's quick, he scores goals, he has potential and you have to give these kids a chance."

Brandy has represented England at Under-16, U17 U18, U19 and U20 levels and has also had loan spells with Swansea, Hereford and Gillingham.

브랜디는 2월달에 프레스턴과 입단 테스트를 받기도 했습니다.

노츠 카운티와 브랜디의 계약은 이번시즌 종료 시점까지 입니다.

이 22세의 선수는 프렌스턴과 레스터 시티에서 입단 테스트를 받았었습니다.

노츠 카운티의 감독이자 전 맨유 출신인 폴 인스는 BBC 라디오와의 인터뷰에서 이 계약은 브랜디에게 영구(장기)적인

계약을 체결할 수 있는 모습을 보여줄 수 있는 기회라고 말했습니다.

그는 매우 빠르고, 득점 목표와 잠재력을 가지고 있다고 말했으며, 어린 선수들에게 기회를 주겠다고 합니다.

브랜디는 맨체스터 유나이티드 리저브 시절 스완시 시티, 해리포드 유나이티드, 질링엄등에서 임대생활을 했으며,

잉글랜드 연령별 대표팀으로도 활동했었습니다. (U - 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)

기대만큼은 성장하지 못하고  있다는것은 알고있었는데, 맨유를 떠나있었는지는 몰랐습니다.

다시 갱생할 수 있었으면 좋겠네요.
